  • How do I purchase from your website?

    Browse through our website and add any product that you wish to purchase using the "add to cart" button. After you have finished your shopping, click on checkout and provide us with your details. This is for payment via Visa/ Master card or Paypal.

    You can also email us at divasvoila@yahoo.com.sg with your orders if you would like to pay via bank transfer or other means.


    Do you accept international order?

    Yes. We accept international orders. You may make your order directly in this website.


    Do you have a shop?

    No. This is purely a online business.


    Are your items in stock?

    Yes. All items are in stock and posted from Singapore.


    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We gladly accept payments via visa/master card, paypal, bank transfer and cash upon meetups.

    • For payment via visa/master card or paypal, please click on the paypal logo after checkout.
    • For bank transfer, please email us at divasvoila@yahoo.com.sg with the item url. You can calculate the total payment and transfer the amount to POSB savings account 013-33720-9. Please email us your address after payment is made.
    • For other forms of payments, please contact us at divasvoila@yahoo.com.sg

    Do you have a return/ exchange policy?

    You may return an item for refund or replacement within 7 days of the shipment date if item is defective or on a case to case basis. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


    The item I ordered is different from the item I received?

    Sometimes, the item received from the factories differs from the image slightly, either in small details or the colour. Any discrepancies will be highlighted in the description but if we fail to mention or describe it, you are allowed to exchange or refund it if you do not wish to accept the item.

    Please try to accept the item if the difference is slight or you have no problems with the minor difference. 

    However, if the item received is totally different, it means that we have made a mistake on your order. Please allow us to rectify the mistake. This possibility is very low but please forgive this human error.
